This bill is to help control population.
1. Any person, male or female, that is related to Solentian citizens in any way are allowed to become citizens.
2. This bill is made to help national security and to prevent any possible terrorists to become citizens.
3. This bill does not exclude people of different religions from becoming citizens.
4. Any one applying for citizenship must also pass a test.
