This bill will help:
prevent identity theft,
help get rid of underaged drinkers,
help get rid of underaged drivers,
help control underaged tobacco use.
People 21 and up will be issued these to help control the list above.
The card will have:
person's date of birth,
a picture of said person,
the person's social security number,
and a picture of the person.
The person can either:
have it on their phone via a government app,
have a physical card,
or have both.
