We would support Articles 1 and 6 and would invite the UDP to put these items of legislation to a separate vote. However, we cannot support devolution on Articles 2-5.

MessageWhile there is indeed merit to those purposals purtaining to devolution and state sovereignty we cannot support such a bill as this should it lead to yet more regulatory restrictions upon the free market.
