The Rutanian forest now is owned, managed and controlled by the local government. By giving forest management right to the private companies, the government allow Rutanian citizen to operate forestry companies and get profit from it, also it may attract international forestry companies into Rutania. As more citizens can work as logger, the unployment in states like Kragusrov, where forest covers a big part of the land( http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Rutania ), and the unployment is very high( http://classic.particracy.net/ranking.php?limit=100000&topic=regionsbyunemployment ) will may decrease.
