Abortions should be Legal for more cases such as economic reasons, Mental Health issues and for babies that would not survive after birth
Abortions should be the Woman's choice not the state's

Article 2
Many Poorer Baltusians cannot afford contraception and by offering it for free it would reduce STDs and unwanted pregnancies
And would reduce the number of abortions

Article 3
Religions should be regulated so that more unsavoury religious groups can be stopped while normal religions can continue peacefully
