The responsibilites of Environment and Tourism will be conducted by the Razem
Article 5
The responsibilites of Trade and Industry will be conducted by the Socjaldemokraci Walruzyjscy

The responsibilites of Foreign Affairs will be conducted by the Narodowa Partia Republikańska

The responsibilites of Internal Affairs will be conducted by the Socjaldemokraci Walruzyjscy

| Message | Marshall, Honourable Members of this Parliament, For the past three and a half years two governments under my leadership have led this country out of a major economic crisis. Two years ago, despite our large differences, me and my party colleagues have made a decision to put the differences between the SDW and NPR aside to form a cabinet working for Valruzians regardless of their economic status. Although difficult, this decision has proven to be a correct one for that time. This is why I am adressing you today to voice my dissapointement with this cabinet proposal. The National Republican Party wishes to have both the positions of the Head of State, which it does already hold, as well as the position of the Head of the Government currently held by me. Having in mind the successes of the current cabinet I urge the National Republican Party and other coalition members to withdraw their support for this proposal and to sit down and discuss a new coalition deal with me. My party, of course, has not been informed and consulted on this matter and we will oppose the following proposal. This not to say we are not open to negotiations, quite the opposite in fact, but we are opposed to diminishing our party's status through this cabinet proposal. | Message | Mr. Marshall, It saddens us that the SDW wants to put their own desire for power in front of a stable government. The fact that the SDW would rather see instability and uncertainty instead of putting its own pride to the side is really appaling. If this proposal fails the NPR will propose another proposal that shall put the SDW in the place of HOG. The clear reality is, Razem and the NPR steered this nation out of crisis.
