Bill: NPR Policy on Euthanasia 4466

Details

Submitted by[?]: Narodowa Partia Republikańska

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 4467

Description[?]:

The NPR is of the opinion that the government should not allow people ending their own lives. It is far more important to improve our psychiatric care and aid those people thinking to kill themselves.

While the NPR does not approve of Euthanasia we believe it is still a step to far to prosecute people for it. Therefor we do not wish to go that far with this legislation.

MessageMr Marshall,

We do have to maintain a high-quality psychiatric care for the ones who need it. However, not everyone that chooses euthanasia is psychically ill. In many cases, it is a decision that one makes fully consciously, to avoid large suffering they would face otherwise. And it should these people's choice whether to go this way. Not Mr Cisek's.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.
