This bill is put in place to change the way government handles the health care of its citizens and the industry as a whole. Article 1: To give the people the free use of cannabis as they wish. Article 2: The sale of tobacco should not be in the hands of local government to regulate. Article 3: The government cannot fit the bill for medicine for those that are low income forever, instead we propose to subsidies the bill and allow the recipient of the drug to pay the rest. Presented by Kyle Poker Article 4: We must allow the private health industry to grow and bring good heath care to the people. This would also bring relief on the governments wallet. Article 5: Allow smoking everywhere and to be regulated at the property owners will. Article 6: Government should not have to fit the bill for those that wish to make a decision of such a nature. Article 7: This horrific act must be stopped. Article 8: The people shall not pay to murder a baby, but we will compromised in the case of a emergency. Article 9: We must bring abortions under control. We cannot allow abortions to go beyond the first trimester.
