The government's policy regarding foreign investments.
Old value:: Foreign investors may invest in national companies, but may not get a majority share.
Current: Foreign investors need to obtain government approval for all investments in national companies.
Proposed: Foreign investors may freely invest in national companies.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change International trade (this is a default in the absense of a specific free trade agreement or specific trade embargo)
Old value:: The nation imposes reciprocal tariffs on imports, with no tariffs imposed on states which impose no tariffs on our exports.
Current: The nation allows for imports, but imposes "ethical" tariffs on nations with lower environmental and labour rights standards.
Proposed: The nation does not impose any tariffs or quotas on imports.

| Message | Mr Marshall, We had a long debate in our party over this law. We come to the conclusion that there are more positive sides than negative ones, that's why we express our moderate support - and purely symbolical one as the law is not gonna make it. We surely should be as open to the world economy as possible, but in fact, as mentioned before, letting foreign states make the market conditions unfair through their tarrifs - and make it easier for their companies to compete that for our companies - is a serious flaw of this bill.
