| HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY THE SON OF HEAVEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Grand Assembly of Indrala, enacts as follows: SECTION ONE: EXTENSION OF INDRALAN NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND SUPPORT TO DRANIAN STUDENTS (1.1) The Ministry of Education and Culture may grant funding from the Indralan National Scholarship Fund to exactly 25,000 citizens of the Dranian Federation per year to attend a registered higher-education institution within the State of Indrala, if the individual: (1.1.1) has completed a high school education; (1.1.2) has completed the Indralan Scholastic Ability Test (ISAT) and attained a score of 2.7 or greater; (1.1.3) has completed the Test of Indralan as a Foreign Language (TEIFL) exam and attained a score of 90% or greater; (1.1.4) has demonstrated financial need; (1.1.5) has received and accepted a program admission offer from a registered higher-education institution within the State of Indrala, and; (1.1.6) has no criminal record of any sort. |
