"Law of Return for Canrillaişe-Kanjorien and Invitation for Ethnic Canrillaişe" Article 1 - Canrillaişe-Kanjorien & Ethnic Canrillaişe Upon the passage of this Law, all Canrillaişe-Kanjorien (ethnic or naturalized Kanjoriens) and Canrillaişe-ethnique (ethnic Canrillaişe living outside Kanjor) may apply to either receive or recover their citizenship and become eligible for subsidized transport, reintegration, and permanent settlement within the country. This Law applies to all Canrillaişe-ethnique which pass the qualification process and are placed upon the "Canrillaişe-Kanjorien et Canrillaişe-ethnique Liste des gens" in categories 1 & 2. All other applications for immigration to or within Kanjor are hereby relegated positions behind all Canrillaişe-ethnique applicants, until all the latter have been processed and/or passed. One is determined an ethnic Canrillaişe-Kanjorien or Canrillaişe-ethnique, or determined eligible for the benefit of the current Law, if they fulfill the criteria within a specific section. Category 1 - Expatriate: 1. Expatriate ethnic Canrillaişe-Kanjorien with proof of former citizenship and birth within Kanjor. 2. The Spouse of an ex-pat along with any children born to either. 3. The direct Children of an ex-pat. Category 2 - Ethnic Canrillaişe-Kanjorien: 1. Proof of Canrillaişe-Kanjorien ethnicity going back no less than two generations within the residing country. 2. The Spouse of a proven ethnic Canrillaişe-Kanjorien. 3. The direct Children of a proven ethnic Canrillaişe-Kanjorien. Category 3 - Ethnic Canrillaişe: 1. Proof of Canrillaişe ethnicity going back no less than three generations within the residing country. 2. The Spouse of a proven ethnic Canrillaişe. 3. The direct Children of a proven ethnic Canrillaişe. |
