| Dear Stortinget, the National Purity Congress desires to reform the process of parliamentary lawmaking in such a way that makes it more effective. Therefore, it has proposed two measures: a.) An increase of the maximum cumulative proposal quota to 50 and b.) a reduction in the number of seats from 435 to 400.
