Message | The right to propose a Cabinet is a powerful responsibility, and we feel it is more democratically allocated through a two-round Presidential election which requires the winner to obtain a 50%+1 majority than through becoming the largest party by winning, perhaps, 20 or 25% of the votes cast in the Grand Council elections.
