| This law will establish the High Court and must pass by a 2/3 majority or it will be void: 1. All parties will have 1 judge in the high court (or, if less than 4 parties are active, 2-3 judges from a normal bill). 2. Since we only have 3 parties; we will have 3 judges each. |
