| Must have 2/3 majority to pass and be repealed. 1. The majority party must be have the position of Prime Minister. 2. If the current Head of State says that the majority party does not deserve to have the Prime Minister position they must call early elections. 3. If the Head of State still does not want the majority party to have the position of P.M; the Head of State can then be impeached by a 2/3 vote from the High Court. |
