A Bill to Acknowledge that the Foreign Ministry will pursue the following Diplomatic Goals during the 4468 - 4472 Cabinet term: - Streamlining of Diplomatic Relations among states through a new Multi-lateral agreement on Diplomatic Relations. This should allow Hutori to eliminated the redundant bi-lateral relations treaties it has with multiple states and enact an all-encompassing diplomatic policy for all signatories to sign with each other. - Establishment of the Crown Dependency of the Isle of Sutton as a separate state with its own domestic policy, but diplomatically and militarily associated with the Commonwealth of Hutori - Establishment of a Mutual Taxation Assistance Treaty to allow states to cooperate on taxation issues and end tax evasion. - Establishment of a Treaty on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples to ensure the protection of such peoples from discrimination. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I am proud to rise and share with this house the priorities of the foreign ministry. We have put forth this bill as a way to gauge support from this house of these priorities. I ask all members to vote "Present" and state their support or objection to each of the policy priorities so that we may determine which elements of the platform to prioritize. Andrew Macalester Foreign Minister MP for Sutton East OOC: A yes OR no vote will be seen as "present" in this case. Just using this as a way to count the whip in principle before I spend time writing these things. |

Message | OOC: I guess the best way to gauge support for each would be to vote "Yes" if you are for all of the treaties in principle, and "No" if you oppose any of the treaties. Then say why you oppose the treaty in the comments, please and thank you! |

Message | Mr Speaker, The honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs continues to fill me with confidence in my decision to appoint him to that role. Our government has made foreign relations a huge priority and the Minister shows that with these treaty ideas. I want to thank the Minister for his continued hard work. Tristan Shaw MP for Acton Etobicoke North Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Hutori |
