MessageImcome tax proposal:30% of rutanians earn more than 6k. It's the reason of the proposal of adding a new bracket for the richs that earn more than 9k RUT a month.

We also need to decrease the tax for corporations. Rutanian economy need companies to grow, and Rutania should also attract foreign companies to Rutania.
