Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: January 4472

Description[?]:

Dear Congress,

The Government of Baltusia is officially presenting its Budget Proposal for the next fiscal year.

There are small yet powerful changes, which we believe are the main core of this Administration. Our commitment with the Environment, Justice and our relations with the rest of the world, are three axis that must be empowered to grow into a fairer and cleaner Baltusia. Keeping our already proven and strong pledge to Baltusian Education and our Health System.

900,000,000 BLD influx into the Secretary of Foreign Affairs: to better deal with the troublesome status of affairs in the International scene, we must be prepared to deal with any situation, hiring new experts and better infrastructure to achieve our goals via diplomacy and Peace.

1,000,000,000,000 BLD to our Justice Department. A new important judicial reform has yet to come into effect in Baltusia, as in 4466 we approved the "Jury Reform". This new system has not been implemented in all of our States because the Department of Justice lacked the funding to achieve it. After long conversations with Secretary Sufijes leader of the DoJ, we agreed with this number that we're proposing We should be seeing the brand new Jury System up and running by the end of the year. This would be great news to our nation and our Judicial System.

And finally, 2,500,000,000 BLD to our Department of Environment, to create and operate the new Baltusian Recycling Program facilities and its operation. We want to thank Secretary Darklight for this compromise you've made, and for your hard work on this program.

In name of the Baltusian Goverment, I'd like to thank you all for your attention.

Cecily Ortobbya,
Secretary of Treasury
United States of Baltusia

We are happy We were able to find an understanding. This whole saga was just a misunderstanding, you secretary is very young, and wanted to rush her project too much. I'll Calm her as soon as I am able to present her a detailled plan to build recyc-Baltusia in 10 Years.
There was no need to panic

MessageMr. Speaker,

While we are glad that this debacle regarding spending is over, we will in a rare instance vote against this budget proposal, citing that more funds should be funneled into the State Department and Department of Defense, citing the recent rise of fascism in both Kazulia and Luthori.

MessageMr Speaker,

We're glad Senator Rockwell brought that precise topic into the Senate. Our opinion is that initially, as a precautionary measure, we must get ready diplomatically speaking to confront this important situation. Building infrastructure and hiring a team of experts to quickly respond to anything worrying that may happen must be our first step. We will gladly discuss to funnel more funds into such Departments you mentioned when the time is right, which shouldn't be long from now.
