Message | Madam Speaker, Finally something we can almost agree with. While we agree with Article 1 we would like to see Foreign Investors have to obtain government approval before investing in Baltusian companies. Blake Lexington Leader of the Moderate Caucus United Democratic Party |

Message | Mdm. Speaker By their very definition Foreign Nationals, not nationals of Baltusia, are not citizens otherwise they would not be defined as Foreign Nationals. This Bills gives precedence to Baltusian workers first and foremost as it should be and we gladly support these measures, as does the Commerce Department. Derek Shepard (R-SA) House Majority Leader |

Message | Madame speaker A foreign national is a person who is not a naturalized citizen of the country in which they are living. It is a lodamese, who currently live in Baltusia, and have Baltusian nationality as result of living in the country for a set ammount of time. They were not born in Baltusia, but they are Baltusians too. the house Majority Leader should apolegize to these people, for he said they were not citizen of Baltusia. Message | Madam Speaker As apparently the members from the Democrats isn't actually caught up on the laws of the United States I am going to quote current guidelines to which you recieve nationality in the United States. "Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality." By the very definition of our laws; if you were not born in Baltusia the only method to gain citizenship and nationality is via a test. If a citizen of Lodamun wishes to become a Baltusian national, passing the test, they are no longer a foreign national but a citizen of our great Republic, and would be given the same protections as anyone else. So no, you do not get Baltusian nationality by staying here for a certain amount of time; period. You get it by being born here, or, passing a test to become a national and a citizen so I have nothing to apologize for. Derek Shepard (R-SA) House Majority Leader |

Message | OOC : I though this bill concerned immigrants who ask for jobs, but it actually concern people who are not permanent residents, nor citizens. Madame speaker, this is nothing then a racist bill. under the last government we adopted a law that say we would welcome refuge of extreme and give them aid intregration, The problem here is the intregration of a refugee will often come through employement. We are were trying to give a new chance. And now we present this bill. so Refugee can come here, but now, thanks to bill like this. They won't get a job and they won't be able to find their own place in our Society. We might as well forbid refuge from seeking asylum here. Victoria Lulay PLCA international Speaker |

Message | Madam Speaker Hardly surprising to see the communist wing of the Democrats whipping up hysteria and theatrics and going to the most extreme message they can possibly come up. This Bill does nothing more then ensure Baltusians get jobs first; why should an immigrant get priority over a job over a qualified Baltusian for no further reason then they are an immigrant. The Visas system is something we plan on reforming during this term so allow the system to develop prior to you jumping up all over nothing; we take care of our own before we can take care of the rest of the world. Message | Madam Speaker We are not asking the government to take care of the rest of the world. We are simply saying that refuge should not be discarted because of their background. Everyone deserve to given a chance to show their skill, and we should take the most skilled, regardless of their background or nationality Victoria Lulay PLCA international Speaker |
