The Kizenian National Legion proposes the creation of a National Legionary Private Security Firm to replace the inefficient public police forces which many localities in CNEKK currently waste vast sums of Kizenian taxpayer money on. Of course, other non-state actors can also bid on private security service contracts with local governments. |
