| HONORABLE MEMBERS OF THE ASSEMBLEIA NATIONAL, CONSIDERING the economic and climatic values of our country’s natural riches, understanding the valuable services they provide trump any immediate extractive profits; REAFFIRMING the arguments made in the Forest Protection Act of 4474, which verses on the need to establish nationwide environmental protections; THE PST PROPOSES THE FOLLOWING, with considerations: Species habitat ranges vary and may supersede regional borders. Therefore, we deem adequate that legislation regarding the hunting, capturing, and trading of endangered species be determined by the national government. New nationwide provisions and policies are to be drafted and implemented by the Ministry for the Environment and Tourism. |
