Message | We vehemently oppose this, not simply in principle but also as the revisionism it is; Sekouo has always been a secualr nation going back over 2,000 years, a nation that has never given into the foibles of illogical superstitions that are religion. It should be telling that l the regimes throughout our history that have tried to enforce such have crumbled quickly. |
Date | 14:24:44, October 29, 2018 CET | From | 国民同盟党 (Kokumin Dōmeitō) | To | Debating the Cultural Revival and Restoration Act |
Message | The KMDM rejects the allegation that our party desires to drag this country into the Dark Ages. Regardless of any history of secularism, Gao-Showan cultures and religious practices, in particular Kamist and Gao-Showan syncretist beliefs, are key to our national identity and what distinguishes our great country from other societies and nations out there. To reject this defining and characterising flavour of our nation is to reject what makes us unique, and will erode and dilute the sense of belonging and identity that Sekowans have in this great nation. The KMDM does not wish to engage in revisionism, but a return to a society with a deeply-rooted sense of religious and cultural identity, and we reject allegations suggesting otherwise or imputing untoward intentions onto our leadership. 生古塢第一!生古塢万歳!頑張れ生古塢! ー 桜井 美智雄、国民同盟党(KMDM) の総裁 |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
