Details
Submitted by[?]: Demokraticheskaya Rabochaya Partiya
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 4477
Description[?]:
Our country deserves fair judgement. With our people giving the NDP and its partner the FDP a clear mandate of more then 65% we know that the people want strong and fair judgement as well. Because the people trust us this greatly who better to judge then the state itself? The more power our great federation gets the more our people feel secure and represented. We propose this in the understanding that the FDP, as a loyal and strong partner, will vote in favour. Upon passing of this bill the following will be binding: Article 5 -The President will be able to appoint any federal judge in case of: The Death of the Judge The Retirement of the Judge The firing of the Judge Article 6 -The Ministry of Justice will be responsible for appointing domain judges and local judges, any appointment of those judges will have to be approved by the president himself Article 7 -The President and Minister of Justice has the right to fire ANY federal judge if he or she deems it necessary |
