| The State Religion of Zardugal shall hereby be "Terra Patriarka Eklezio de Zardugalio" (Terran Patriarchal Church of Zardugal). Article I: The Church is independent of State control but serves as a symbol of Zarduguese Hosian faith. Article II: The collection of funds for the remuneration of religious ministers and officials by the State is hereby regulated and enforced by "Komitato Regulador de Ŝtato-Preĝejo" (State-Church Regulatory Committee). The Committee is hereby chosen from members of the Terran Patriarchical Ministry as well as "Nacia Organizo de la Laico" (National Organization of the Laity). The Minister Committee members are hereby chosen and appointed with recommendation and cooperation of His Holiness the Terran Patriarchal Pápež Ľudovít IV or subsequent Pápež. Article III: The Church is intended to act primarily as a symbol of the nation as a statement of Terran Patriarchal faith. Article VI: Membership and participation of the individual in the Terran Patriarchal Church of Zardugal, which is is voluntary for all within the defined borders of Zardugal. The right of the people to worship their religion freely, as defined by local or national law, shall not be infringed. Article VII: The following faiths shall be officially recognized as such by the State of Zardugal: a. Hosianism: especially the varieties of Terran Patriarchal, Coburan Apostolic Tewahedo Church, Aurorian Patriarchal Church, Orderist Hosianism, Apostolic Church of the East b.
