Flavio Mesinna, FD President: We want to establish this body, made up of medical personnel who will have the duty to investigate medical malpractice cases. We believe that the judgment of this body can be more correct because it is composed of competent people rather than traditional tribunals. This body will be under the joint control of the Ministries of Justice and Health. |
