This Act will Empower the President of the United States to Pass Executive Orders in Extraordinary Circumstances

1.) Executive Orders Go in Effect the Moment the President Signs Them
2.) Upon the President Signing an Executive Order the EO must be sent to Congress for Review
3.) Executive Orders will Expire within 8 Months of Being Implemented unless Indefinitely Extended by a 2/3 Super Majority Vote of Congress.
4.) Executive Orders can be Repealed by any future President or a simple Majority Vote of Congress.
5.) The President is Strictly Prohibited from Signing an Executive Order that Suspends or Delays Elections
