By passage of this act parliament will establish a select committe consisting out of 7 members of the Senat (seats according to overall strength in parliament) to establisht whether the Social Democrats has broken the Non administration support for radical parties Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=585507) by accepting seats in parliament and if not where their money comes from. 2. This is a normal law and can be passed/abolished/changed by a simple majority. |

| Message | This State of Emergency law should clearly go. We fully understand that BDL lost the majority in the government but this is not a reason to open an investigation. Social Democrats got elected by over 20% of the popular vote and therefore are in the Senate. Moreover, this act does not forbid my party standing in the elections nor getting seats in the Senate.
