Bill: Motivis Praedito de Lex Tiburtia de Classibus (RP Law)
Details
Submitted by[?]: Clara Aurora - COSIRA
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 4484
Description[?]:
In 4477, an infamous law that tried to divide our society into classes was approved with the votes in favor of Factio Republicana and Factio Unitatis Patriae. Now, from In Marea-Civis Sinistram we ask the Senate for the repeal of this law, which based on half-truths, has only stigmatized and divided our society. From the government and the opposition, we must work to, assuming the existing differences in our society, minimize the impact this has on the lives of citizens, but not reward those who are above with some things. Derogation of the Tiburtian Law on Classes (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=584917) Irus Moraiti Orator of In Marea-Civis Sinistram |

Message | Senator Moraiti, I understand that you are attempting to repeal this law, but can you identify which of the last two articles attached to the original bill you are also looking to remove from law by attaching their alternatives to this proposal. Otherwise, if this passes, the laws on the titles and privileges of nobility will remain in place as they are and only the first 5 articles (OOC: the RP articles) will be repealed. If you want them to remain in place, or you are going to propose alternatives separately to this derogation, then please confirm that for clarification purposes.
