Description[?]:
For years, we have seen how the ultra-religious precepts have been gradually introduced into the lives of our citizens. Political parties have decided that a 50% majority can and should impose their ideology, instead of granting freedoms so that people can choose. Since the law already prevents anyone who does not pass a strict test that can adopt, preventing a person without a partner can adopt is purely and simply discrimination. If a person has not been able, due to vital circumstances, to find another person with whom to share their life, but still prove that they are capable of raising and educating a child, that desire should not be impeded. It's that easy. It is incredible that there are political parties in this House that defend polygamy but understand that a single person is going to make less of a child. In relation to the arranged marriages, although this law was raised in an erroneous way, it lies on a correct precept. That is why we believe that it should be the regional governments which, through the study of the populations living in their territories, legislate accordingly. This would only apply to populations that, by tradition, perform them, but it would exclude those forced marriages or people who claim to be excused under this law to make anyone against their own will be able to marry to obtain any benefit. Divorces, as we have defended many times in this House, represent the completion of a stage. The law that approved Factio Republicana is based on an idyllic society, but they do not exist. If a couple wants to divorce, it is because coexistence is no longer possible. Forcing people who do not want to continue seeing each other and having a relationship for the sake of the concept of "family", does not fix anything and only contributes to the greater deterioration of the relationship.
