| Article 1 - The Guardian Council will be responsible for approval of candidates for elections, monitoring elections and ensuring that the highest order of constitutionality is followed by the government of Aldegar. It will function similar to the civil and criminal justice system of the governmental Supreme Court and is responsible to ensure loyal to the Yadzi faith and the loyalty to the Shah of Aldegar; Article 2 - The Guardian Council will be comprised of 6 priests of the Yadzi faith appointed by the Mobedan Mobed, 6 members appointed by the government of Aldegar and the remaining 6 appointed by the Shah of Aldegar; Article 3 - The Guardian Council is responsible for its own governance and policies, the Guardian Council is ultimately answerable to the Shah as the supreme authority of the government and people of Aldegar. Article 4 - The initial appointments to the Guardian Council are as follows (they take effect immediately): Firooz Afshar (Ahadism), Omid Nassour (Ahadism), Hadi Mohebi (Ahadism), Shadmehr Almasi (Ahadism), Farhad Rostami (ZamÄnism), Keyhan Nemati (Judge), Nader Dara (Police), Ebrahim Nouzari (Military), Siavash Tabasi (Military), Homayoun Taghipour (Finance), Pouria Vossoughi (Lawyer), Behnam Kasebi (Shah appointee), Bahram Taheri (Shah appointee), Pouria Modiri (Shah appointee), Shahab Pahlevan (Shah appointee), Jamshid Askari (Shah appointee), Iraj Amini (Shah appointee) OOC: This would be back dated February 4483. |
