| Message | OOC: The President's title doesn't mean in Russian what it's written in English currently. Rodshyadam is some weird Germanic name, not Russian or Slavic. The federal subjects that have the highest degree of autonomy in the Russian Federation are called Republics. The upper house of the legislature that contains representatives of each federal state is called the Federation Council and the leader of that body is called the Chairman. |
