| By the passage of this motion the players of Narikaton affirm that the nation is in a state of general civil unrest/civil war. Grave consequences and crucial results of actions have to be discussed as a group to ensure that everybody is content with the course of the roleplay. It is going to be allowed to create posts in the newspaper which generally talk about the violence and the status of the nation. |
