Message | Mr. Speaker, The government of Sutton has the ability, pursuant to Article XV of the Crown Dependency Treaty, to create its own coast guard. This bill enables Sutton to do so. Andrew Macalester MP and MC for Sutton Prime Minister of Hutori |

Message | Mr Speaker, If Sutton wants its own coast guard, Sutton should pay for it. It is bad enough that we are already about to send billions to Sutton, and now this government wants to send more. I am sick and tired of Sutton expecting hard working Hutorians to give them a free ride. Steve Taylor MP for Glentingham East Leader of the Hutori First Party |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Sutton is exercising the rights given to it by the Commonwealth in the Crown Dependency Treaty. If the Member for Glentingham East wants to renegotiate the Crown Dependency Treaty, we are willing to entertain that request. We will not, however, repeal it without a suitable replacement. Message | Mr Speaker, If Sutton wants to leave Hutori, nobody is stopping them. However, don't half-ass it. Sutton should not be relying on Bekenial to prop them up financially. Steve Taylor MP for Glentingham East Leader of the Hutori First Party |
