Message | We call for the complete abandonment of biological and chemical weapons programs, as well as landmines in the name of peace and civility. We believe that these weapons of war are designed specifically to create non-lethal casualties, which makes war more grisly than it already is. We call on all Parties with a conscience and an attitude toward peace to vote for these proposals as we will when we have votes in the Parliament. -Tina Calderone, Leader, PHdG |
Date | 11:41:04, November 14, 2018 CET | From | Gran Partido Nacional | To | Debating the Brethrenist Positions Proposals No. 2 |
Message | Frankly, the proposals made here are utopian and absurd. It's great that the Brethrenists have principles but these principles should be applied to the individual not the state's military. Andre Saintilus, Leader of the Grand National Party |
Date | 15:51:46, November 14, 2018 CET | From | Conservative Party | To | Debating the Brethrenist Positions Proposals No. 2 |
Message | We second the rational of the Grand National Party. This handicaps the military when dealing with criminal regimes who will use these weapons. Amos Lowe, Conservative Party Leader |
Date | 16:58:01, November 14, 2018 CET | From | Brethrenist Party of Gaduridos (PHdG) | To | Debating the Brethrenist Positions Proposals No. 2 |
Message | The Brethrenists are not sure how us using the same weapons preferred by admittedly "criminal regimes" makes us any better than those regimes. Surely the Conservative Leader doesn't mean to suggest that. But it calls to mind, "If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck..." We yield. -Tina Calderone, Leader of the PHdG |
Date | 17:41:18, November 14, 2018 CET | From | Gaduridos Progressive Movement | To | Debating the Brethrenist Positions Proposals No. 2 |
Message | We believe that if we allow out military to use these weapons if another uses it first, it will deter the enemy from using it in the first place since it would mean the possibility of us using it back. |
Date | 19:14:11, November 14, 2018 CET | From | Gran Partido Nacional | To | Debating the Brethrenist Positions Proposals No. 2 |
Message | A criminal regime is marked by more than simply its choice of weapons. States who pose immediate and realistic threats to our existence must be dealt with in whatever way possible. Nothing should be ruled out on abstract moral grounds. Andre Saintilus, Leader of the Grand National Party |
Date | 19:16:39, November 15, 2018 CET | From | Brethrenist Party of Gaduridos (PHdG) | To | Debating the Brethrenist Positions Proposals No. 2 |
Message | We disagree that the road to peace is paved with more weapons. |
