As a Government it will always be our policy to support those wishing to make Terra a less dangerous planet. We should therefore accept the wishes of a small country to exist free of fear of attack. They also set a shining example of a peaceful country wishing to advance humanity. I therefore call on the Imperial Diet to ratify this treaty.
