| To discourage the parasitical, unfair accumulation of wealth, shall limit the ways to profit from the misery fo the workers. Article 1 a. All financial service companies with more than 10 employees and/or one AI processing units must register with the national government. b. Foreign investors must obtain permission from the Minister of Trade and Industry to invest in any national company headquartered within the national boundaries of the United Federation of Hulstria and Gao-Soto. c. It is illegal to move the headquarters of a private company without explicit written permission from both the Ministry of the Economy and the Ministry of Trade and Industry. a. Agricultural companies with more than 50 employees must register with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture for additional permission. b. Tourist and travel agencies with more than 25 employees must register with the Ministry of Environment and Tourism in addition to the above regulations. c. IT and other tech companies with more than 100 employees and/or more than 1 AI units must register with the Minister of Science and Technology in addition to the above regulations. d. It is illegal to outsource workplaces to outside of the country or purchase a workplace oversea or signs a contract with an overseas entity must ask for written permission from the from both the Ministry of the Economy and the Ministry of Trade and Industry as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affiars. e. Failure to comply with the above laws will result in immediate and forced nationalization within 3 months of the offence. Article 2 Financial service organizations are banned as being tools to support the rich and not the poor. a. Only insurance and loaning agencies and companies as well as the National Bank of Hulstria and Gao-Soto with interest rats of less than 3% monthly interest are allowed to operate within the States and territories of the United Federation of Hulstria and Gao-Soto. b.Financial organizations devoted to stock market manipulation and publicly traded betting agencies will be banned. Please note that the stock market is already banned. c. All casinos and prohibited will be shut down by January 2nd, 4496. d. Only small-scaled gambling will be permitted and only between up to ten individuals at any time. |

| Message | Needless to say, we reject this bill and the philosophy underpinning it. Free enterprise is necessary for growth and prosperity; piling new layers of unnecessary regulation on the few business ventures who have so far managed to survive this government's policies will only serve to further stifle the entrepreneurial spirit. |

| Message | Re reject your other bills and your empty rationale behind your monarchist rule. They have abandoned our country to several years of chaos. True, the monarchist did make a comeback last decade, but even they weren't able to reverse most of the socialistic policies much less find a new Kaiser. Our party has brought stability, full employment, and many sexual freedoms to this country. |
