Bill: Disposal of National Curfew
Details
Submitted by[?]: Liberal Existentialist Party (LEP)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 4486
Description[?]:
A "state of emergency" as imposed under the current law for a national curfew is subjective, and leaves room for Heads of State to impose a curfew under most any circumstances. Therefore, to protect the nation's civil liberties, this bill must be reduced to a no-curfew policy. |

Old value:: The national government may impose curfews, but only if a state of emergency has been declared.
