| Message | OOC: The player in control of the monarchy I believe has gone inactive, and it doesn't seem like there was much appetite for resuming the union with Hutori - so I'm proposing we have a "Luthorian" republic instead. The use of Latin in the name is similar to Sacrum Romanum Imperium. Luthori was intended to be a sort of English Holy Roman Empire, so I'm trying to continue that. Having a Lord President keeps some flavour and sets us aside from the generic American-inspired republics, and in my opinion prefecture is better than the usual use of state whenever Luthori is a republic. |
