MessageMr. Speaker,

With such massive increases in economic growth, and prudent Labour-SNP-USPH coalition stewardship of the government purse, we are pleased to announce spending increases to almost every government department. We are especially proud of the following increases:

- 5,000,000,000 HLR to the Ministry of Justice budget to be appropriated to localities for the purpose of police officer raises
- 20,000,000,000 HLR to the Council of the Isle of Sutton (through the Ministry of Internal Affairs) in accordance with the Crown Dependency Treaty
- 10,000,000,000 HLR to the Ministry of Defence for the creation of the Suttonite Maritime Service
- 10,000,000,000 HLR o the Ministry of Defence for troop pay raises and ordinance procurement
- 5,000,000,000 for the purposes of expanding research and cultural facilities to each of the Ministries of Education and Science
- 250,000,000 HLR each to the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Environment for agricultural R&D and subsidies
- 2,500,000,000 HLR to increase trade and commerce through an appropriation to the Ministry of Trade

Furthermore, as the economy continues to grow, we should be able to run surpluses, therefore bolstering pensions.

We ask our coalition partners to vote for this bill.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
