We should involve and encourgage the private sector in constructing our national infrastructure. To this end, we propose opening up the railways to private companies, allowing the development of non-public airports, and the introduction of legal tenders in the commission of public works, which will allow us to both reduce costs to the taxpayer and to improve outcomes as well. |
