| This legislation will repeal the 10/4337 PR/KM/RP-35: Ceremonial President Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=555475). This would end the ceremonial status of the Head of State and remove the process to grant and remove emergency powers to and from the Head of State. This bill will require 2/3 majority to pass. |
