| There are two foreign military bases on Lodamese soil, which have their own weapon systems and arsenals. The Lodamese economy should be able to gain from that arsenal, giving them the chance to intervene in order to perform maintenance. Also transportation on Lodamese soil should be possible for certain systems. The Lodamese Defence Ministry wishes to reopen the missile sites in the Kregon mountains, eventhough with limited capacity. Therefore, the Minister of Defence proposes the following legislative changes. |
