| Hadan Al-Maktum, President of the Republic: "Mr Speaker and MPs, I would like propose a final solution for the Solentian Refugees who for years remained into refugees center. The proposal consists in the redistribution of the family units in several Istalian large and medium cities where it will be assured to them an accomodation and an integration assistance which is focused in assure indipendence to this refugees and integration into the Istalian society. So, several cities in Istalia, mostly in Mezzodiurno and in Alaria, will receive little groups of refugees so to distribute as possible the refugees in each designed city. The refugees have the duty to committ themself in show diligence and responsability about the accomodation and most important about the job that will be them offered. They will have the possibility to change the job or demande a changement, in case of dismisal, 3 times. After 3 times, the refugees demand of citizenship will be questioned and, if we'll found in the refugee the responsabilities for his lack of success in the proposed job, the refugees will be expulsed. The State, in case of expulsion, first of all it will consider another destination rather than send back the refugee in Solentia where we still fear the risk of retailation. The other destination will be a nation open to welcome refugees to which we will send a complete dossier about the expelled refugee. These measures will be applied only to the Solentia Refugees. Thank you" |
