Recognizing that all citizens of Lodamun have freedom of speech and expression, Also recognizing that the current laws on the desecration of the Flag of Lodamun violate these freedoms, The 2nd Great Democratic Republic of Lodamun hereby recognizes an individual's right to desecrate the Flag, as an extension of freedom of expression. |
