Message | Article 1 - We have no stance. Article 2 - Volunteer jury duty can allow partisan citizens to take action against accused criminals they may dislike. Article 3 - We can support this. Article 4 - Our current policy goes hand in hand with our policy that would be altered by article two, it ensures the accused's right to an impartial jury. |
Date | 22:16:21, December 09, 2018 CET | From | Socialist Party of Kalistan (SPoK) | To | Debating the Judicial Reform |
Message | Article 1: We think that confining immigrants is wrong in the first place, and will work to remedy that policy soon. Article 2: Jury duty is the LEAST responsibility we should ask of citizens. Article 3: We believe that cops shouldn't be searching people to begin with. Article 4: We think that citizens make good jurors and it forces lawyers to appeal to common reason rather than some opaque technicality in law. We will oppose. |
