Description[?]:

Narikaton needs a space project. Space is where humanity's future lies. The government therefore proposes to create the Narikatonische Raumfahrtbehörde (Narik Astronautics Authority). A governmental organisation dedicated to research and engineering of civilian spacecrafts. A sub entity of NRB will be dedicated to military research. This is vital for our upcoming military reform.

MessageLeaving these treaties is a necessity to operate in space independently. It's pretty easy to understand actually.
