| We found out that the Luthori Disenfranchisement Act of 4454 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=581022), ordered by a Fascist regime, despite no longer being enforced, was never fully repealed in Alduria. We declare the provisions of this article null and void, propose that all Luthori people who were banned from Alduria and their descendants are free to come back to Alduria and that their previous losses be compensated in case they decide to come back here.
