| Establishing our positions. This is an omnibus / manifesto Bill. We understand that all of these positions will not match those of other parties, although some may. For too long, Kirlawans have not had a viable voice for radical socialism. We intend to work to rebuild the Left Coalition, and to put the case for a nation that is based around the workers, not the bosses. |
Proposals
Article 1

Old value:: All citizens are issued with identity cards but are not required to carry them.
Current: Citizens are issued with identity cards on a voluntary basis.
Proposed: Citizens are issued with identity cards on a voluntary basis.

Proposal[?] to change Government policy concerning granting nationality (national of this state without implication of having citizenship rights).
Old value:: Anyone is able to claim nationality.
Current: Only those born in this country or to nationals receive nationality.
Proposed: Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality.
