The Unión Demócrata Republicana Confederal believes that affirmative Action ensures that a diverse environment can be achieved, it can help to balance the income inequality scales,can help to stop stereotypes because it creates interactions between groups that may not choose to interact with each other in “real” life, allows people to pursue a career that they may never have considered without help from the program (reducing the significant gaps for women in minorities in certain fields), and stop the various gaps that we see in our current society (wage gaps, gender gaps, and minority gaps). |
