This act establishes the Imperial Offices that complement the Cabinet.

High Offices: To be held by the nobility

I. Nejvyšší Purkrabí (Supreme Burgrave): highest non-royal position in the land; serves as regent when the Czar is unable to perform his duties and represents him when the Czar is unable

II. Nejvyšší Zemský Hofmistr (Supreme State Master): head of the Empire's highest appellate court

III. Nejvyšší Zemský Komorník (Supreme State Chamberlain): managers the finances of the Czar and the Imperial Family; concurrently held by the Minister of Finance

IV. Nejvyšší Zemský Sudí (Supreme State Judge): head of the Empire's separate courts for the nobility

V. Nejvyšší Dvorský Sudí (Supreme Court Judge): head of the Empire's criminal court system

Middle Offices: May be held by the gentry (knights and squires) or the clergy

I. Nejvyšší Zemský Písař (Supreme State Scribe): highest court recorder and clerk of the highest appellate court, nobility court, and criminal court

II. Nejvyšší Zemský Podkomoří (Supreme Sub-Chamberlain): represents the Czar to the cities

Peerage and Noble Titles (in order of precedence):

Peerage Titles

I. Prince: ruler of a principality; limited to five (one for each principality); style is "highness"

II. Margrave: ruler of a border region; more than princes but fewer than lords; style is "lord/lady"

III. Lord: general title for the lowest level of peers and most common peerage; style is "lord/lady"

Noble/Gentry Titles

I. Knight: member of an order of knighthood of a hereditary landed knight; most common noble title; style is "sir/dame"

II. Squire: lowest level of nobility; considered to be "gentry;" no style
